Register on the Sentral portal

Registration is only required once, even if you have multiple children attending GHS.

To complete the steps below, you will require an access key that has been provided to you in a letter from the school. If you do not have the letter, please email the school.

Note: Year 7 parents will be sent home with students in Week 3. For new enrolments, the letter will be sent home with your child early in the year. Please wait until Week 4 before contacting the school for an access key.

It is recommended that the following steps are completed on a computer or tablet with a larger screen.

• Follow this link to register: Register on the Sentral portal.

  The screen will look like this:

• Complete this form.
  Ensure your Username is an active email address that you have access to.
• Press Create your Account

Sign in to the Portal for the first time

• You will now be presented with the screen shown below.
  Sign in using the email address and password you just provided.

• When entering the portal for the first time, you need to enter the Access Key provided to you in a letter from the school.
  The Access Key is a case sensitive and must be entered exactly as it is written on the letter.

• The Dashboard shows the student(s) enrolled. Click on the student to see their timetable and attendance. Later in the year, reports will be published here and parent-teacher interview bookings will be available.
